3/23/2020 · He was born in the seaside town of WestonSuperMare, England, on September 6, 1978. At only 9 months old, a problem was discovered with his sight. Eventually, an ophthalmologist discovered that not only did Tony have a rare genetic visual impairment, he was also deaf in both ears.
